Terms of Service

Effective Date: March 10, 2026

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by PiFl Labs Co., Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us") at https://pifl-labs.com (the "Site"), including the rights and obligations of the Company and users.

2. Definitions

  1. "Site" means the website operated by the Company at https://pifl-labs.com.
  2. "User" means any individual who accesses the Site and uses the services provided by the Company under these Terms.
  3. "Service" means the company information, portfolio, recruitment information, and email inquiry features provided through the Site.

3. Effect and Modification

  1. These Terms become effective upon being posted on the Site.
  2. The Company may modify these Terms when reasonable grounds arise, within the scope permitted by applicable laws. Modified Terms become effective upon being posted on the Site.

4. Service Provision and Changes

  1. The Company provides the following services:
    • Company introduction and development philosophy
    • Portfolio and project information
    • Recruitment information
    • Email inquiry handling
  2. The Company may change the Service content, with notice posted on the Site.

5. Service Suspension

The Company may restrict or suspend all or part of the Service in the following cases:

  1. Maintenance or repair of service facilities
  2. Force majeure such as natural disasters or national emergencies
  3. Other circumstances under which the Company cannot provide the Service

6. User Obligations

Users must not engage in any of the following:

  1. Interfering with the normal operation of the Site
  2. Stealing or misusing other persons' personal information
  3. Infringing the intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties
  4. Defaming the Company or third parties or interfering with their business

  3. "PiFl Labs", "PiPi" logos, and related brand assets are trademarks of the Company.

8. Disclaimer

  1. The Company is exempt from liability for service provision in cases of force majeure or equivalent.
  2. The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by user fault.
  3. Information provided on the Site is for reference only; the Company does not guarantee its accuracy or completeness.
  4. The Company is not responsible for the content or services of external sites linked from the Site.

9. Privacy

The Company protects users' personal information in accordance with applicable laws, including the Korean Personal Information Protection Act. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

10. Dispute Resolution

  1. Matters not stipulated in these Terms and the interpretation of these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
  2. Any disputes arising from use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Company's headquarters.

11. Miscellaneous

These Terms are effective as of March 10, 2026.

Note: In the event of any conflict between this English version and the Korean version, the Korean version shall prevail as the legally binding document.
